Klasivo is an educational management and learning platform that provides tools for managing organizations, classes, subjects, groups, and students; tracking attendance; creating and administering online exams and assignments; managing learning materials and progress; facilitating communication between teachers, students, and parents; and providing analytics and reporting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.
To use Klasivo, you must create an account or be invited to join an existing organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Organization owners are responsible for managing users within their organization, including adding and removing teachers, students, and other members.
Student accounts are typically created by their educational organization and may use student codes rather than email addresses for authentication. Parents may be granted access to view their child's information through parent portal features, subject to the organization's configuration and applicable privacy regulations.
You agree to use Klasivo only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, upload or distribute harmful or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or system resources, or use the platform for any purpose that is harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Klasivo platform, including its design, software, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Klasivo and is protected by intellectual property laws. Educational content created by users, such as exam questions, assignments, and learning materials, remains the intellectual property of the respective creators. By using Klasivo, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
Klasivo provides the platform as is and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klasivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
